Katie Waterhouse, B.S.

Before joining NewCircle, Katie spent nearly four years in behavioral health outreach, where she collaborated with clinicians, hospitals, treatment providers, and community partners to strengthen referral relationships and help individuals and families access appropriate levels of care. She also brings several years of experience in leadership, operations, and client service.

As Regional Outreach Coordinator at NewCircle, Katie is passionate about building meaningful partnerships, increasing awareness of specialized eating disorder treatment, and connecting communities with compassionate, high-quality resources. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Mercer University, graduating magna cum laude and receiving induction into Phi Kappa Phi.

Outside of work, Katie enjoys spending time with her husband and children, cheering on the Georgia Bulldogs, exploring the outdoors, baking, photography, and creative writing. A lifelong music lover, she values creativity, meaningful connections, and making lasting memories with her family.
