Bob Wall has been working with Ember.js for some time now, since well before 1.0, and visits SF Ember.js to demo “building context aware sidebar widgets in ember, integrating the application with Zendesk, and providing realtime updates via firebase.” Included in the talk, Bob demos the main architectural designs in the creation of a context aware system, one that is “scaleable, integrates easily with other APIs and updates itself in realtime.”
His latest project, Washio, of which he is the CTO, is an on demand laundry and dry cleaning company that relies on Ember. This presentation discusses the ways they’ve used the framework to grow and solve problems over the last year.
