Learn About HTML5 and IE9 from Giorgio Sardo



San Francisco Java, PHP, and HTML5 user groups hosted an event on May 11th, 2010 on HTML5 with three amazing speakers: Brad Neuberg from Google, Giorgio Sardo from Microsoft, and Peter Lubbers from Kaazing.

Giorgio Sardo from Microsoft, speaks about IE9 and Microsoft's commitment to HTML5 and web standards.

Giorgio, who is a Web Technical Evangelist and works on the Microsoft Web Stack and Internet Explorer, is an expert speaker, having covered topics from Windows Web and Mobile Platform to Web Standards, HTML5, and much more.

On this occasion, Giorgio talked about HTML5, CSS 3, SVG, Fast JavaScript support coming in the Internet Explorer 9 platform. His presentation included demos showcasing the latest code, providing best practices on how to make web application standards compliant, fast and interoperable across browsers.

This event was organized by Marakana, Michael Tougeron from Gamespot, and Bruno Terkaly from Microsoft.
